Job summary

Photo Leisure in Bali (Denpasar) seeks an HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, payroll, BPJS, and employee relations across locations. You will administer contracts, records, HRIS, and ensure compliance with employment regulations while coordinating training to improve service quality.

You will develop HR policies and SOPs, monitor performance and discipline, and support operations with confidential handling of information. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in HR management, psychology, management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, retail, or service-oriented industries.
• Knowledge of recruitment, employee administration, employment regulations, payroll administration, and BPJS.
• Familiarity with HRIS and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good understanding of employee relations, performance management, and HR procedures.
• Willing to conduct regular site visits and coordinate with operational teams across locations.
• Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and able to handle confidential employee information.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, screening, interviews, and selection.
• Handle employee administration: contracts, records, HRIS, and documentation.
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, attendance, leave, and overtime administration.
• Coordinate payroll administration and BPJS Kesehatan and BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
• Monitor employee performance, discipline, and compliance with policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs to improve service quality.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor conditions, discipline, and compliance.
• Support employee relations, performance evaluations, and uphold company culture and values.
• Prepare HR reports and support continuous improvement of HR processes.
