Job summary

PT ASABA Digital Innotech seeks a Senior Penetration Tester Lead to oversee multiple attack surfaces, coordinate engagements, and deliver clear risk‑driven remediation plans.

You will design rules of engagement, supervise junior pentesters, and ensure high‑quality methodologies while translating complex findings for non‑technical management. Strong certifications and leadership required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience leading pentesting teams or red teaming
• Proficient across network, web apps, APIs, mobile, and social engineering
• Holds OSCP, OSWP, CRT, or CISSP certifications
• Able to design scoping documents and Rules of Engagement
• Experienced in overseeing team workflows and reviewing testing methodologies
