PT Lehe Foods Indonesia Trading is seeking a Mandarin-speaking professional for a Semarang placement. Fresh graduates are welcome. You will communicate with clients in Mandarin, translate documents, and provide interpretation during meetings while supporting multiple departments including customer service and business development.

Experience in F&B is a plus. Duties include handling orders, inquiries, returns, and logistics issues as well as recording customer feedback for process improvements.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Mandarin with HSK 4 or higher.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Fluent in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin.
• Knowledge in the F&B field is an advantage.
• Communicate with clients in Mandarin.
• Translate documents to and from Mandarin.
• Provide oral interpretation during meetings.
• Support company activities including business development and customer service.
• Assist Customer Service with order status, modifications/cancellations, and payments.
• Assist with returns, exchanges, refunds, and logistics issues.
• Record customer inquiries and provide timely feedback.

• Assist Customer Service with handling order status inquiries, order modifications/cancellations, and payment questions.
• Assist Customer Service with returns, exchanges, refunds, product complaints, and logistics issues.
• Record customer inquiries, provide feedback, and suggest improvements.

Working Hours : Monday to Saturday, from 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM

1. Placement in Semarang

2. Proficient in Mandarin (minimum equivalent to HSK Level 4 or above)

3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

4. Fluent in speaking, Reading and writing Mandarin (typing Mandarin characters is preferred)

5. Knowledge in the F&B field is an advantage

6. Assist Customer Service with addressing returns, exchanges, and refunds, handling product complaints, and responding to logistics anomalies

7. Assist Customer Service with recording customer inquiries as required, providing timely feedback, and offering suggestions
