Job summary

Sun Life Indonesia is seeking an experienced administrator to ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and data management for regional banking partners. The role coordinates operational requirements and supports new business cases between sales and operations.

You will manage a WhatsApp-based interactive helpdesk to provide digital support, analyze usage and performance, and deliver insights to improve service efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience: min 2 years in Insurance Institution, preferably Distribution Channel in a similar role.
• Expert in Data Entry reports and data management.
• Able to work independently, propose ideas, and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proactive and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely data entry and reporting for regional banking partners.
• Coordinate operational requirements and pending new business cases with sales and operations.
• Prepare and analyze periodic new business reports to identify trends and issues.
• Manage the WhatsApp-based interactive helpdesk and improve service effectiveness through usage analysis.

Job Description:

The purpose of this role is to ensure accurate and timely administration, data management, and reporting for regional banking partners; coordinate operational requirements and pending new business cases between sales and operations; and deliver actionable insights that support efficient case processing and informed decision-making.

The role also manages WhatsApp-based interactive helpdesk to provide responsive digital support, resolve advisor inquiries, and improve service effectiveness through usage and performance analysis.

Requirement :

• Experience: min 2 years' experience on Insurance Institution, preferable on Distribution Channel in similar role
• Expert in Data Entry report
• Has high initiative & able to work independently by delivering new ideas & putting it into action, by maintaining continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the department
• Capable of multi-tasking and able to assist and mentor others.
• Have a good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
• Proactive & creative person, eager to learn & take on challenge
• Able to work under minimum supervision, strong team worker & high service oriented
• Strong in data Analytics and Microsoft Office
• Initiative improving to support Project digitalize with AI
