Job summary

PT. LIXING LABOUR SERVICE is seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Supervisor to oversee end-to-end payroll operations in Jakarta.

You will ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements while maintaining compliance with Indonesian labor laws, PPh 21 tax, and BPJS registrations. The role requires 2–3 years of payroll experience, a Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/HRM, and proficiency in English and Mandarin.

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar HR/Finance role handling end-to-end payroll.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
• Outstanding attention to detail, strong numerical accuracy, and high analytical capability.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under tight monthly deadlines.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Payroll Management: Process and calculate monthly payroll accurately for all employees, ensuring timely salary disbursements.
• Data Verification: Gather, verify, and reconcile monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, overtime, leaves, allowances, bonuses, and deductions.
• Tax & Statutory Compliance: Calculate, report, and remit monthly and annual Income Tax (PPh 21). Manage BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan registrations and payments.
• Tax Reporting: Prepare and distribute annual employee tax certificates (Formulir 1721-A1).
• Financial Reconciliation: Partner with the Finance & Accounting team to perform payroll reconciliations and ensure accurate general ledger mapping prior to disbursement.
• Master Data Maintenance: Maintain and update the HRIS database regarding salary adjustments, promotions, and organizational changes.

Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.
