Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, or HR Administration.
• Minimum 2 years in a Supervisor or Team Leader role.
• Experience handling payroll for 500-1,000 employees or more.
• Strong experience using Microsoft Excel (manual payroll processing) and HRIS/Payroll Systems.
• Good knowledge of payroll administration, overtime, THR, PPh 21, BPJS, and Indonesian labor regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Experience preparing weekly, monthly, and management payroll reports.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
• Able to maintain strict confidentiality of employee information.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee end-to-end payroll processes to ensure accurate and timely salary payments.
• Verify payroll data including attendance, overtime, allowances, incentives, and deductions.
• Ensure compliance with PPh 21, BPJS, labor regulations, and company policies.
• Handle payroll-related inquiries and resolve employee concerns.
• Prepare weekly and monthly payroll reports for management.
• Coordinate and provide payroll reports to Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams for reporting and reconciliation purposes.
• Monitor payroll accuracy and maintain employee data confidentiality.
• Lead and develop the payroll team to ensure operational efficiency.
• Identify and implement payroll process improvements, including HRIS optimization.
• Manage employee enrollment, updates, claims, and administration related to BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, and employee health insurance programs.
• Coordinate and handle work-related accident cases, including reporting, documentation, and claim processing with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and insurance providers.
