Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk is seeking a Product Manager – Payments to own end-to-end payment products and digital services, collaborating with the Payment Squad and cross-functional teams to shape strategy, development, implementation, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

You will translate business needs into product requirements, manage roadmaps, coordinate testing and post-launch monitoring, and optimize transaction performance while navigating QRIS, APIs, and licensing

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in any major with tech/digital product development understanding.
• At least 3 years as Product Manager in payments/digital services.
• Strong experience with QRIS, Open API/SNAP, and debit products.
• Knowledge of payment systems: QRIS Issuer/Acquirer, transfers, billers, APIs.
• Experience defining product/integration requirements, API data mapping, error handling.
• Familiar with internal/partner integrations and licensing/regulatory reporting (BI, OJK, ASPI).
• Proficient in Google Workspace, Jira, and Confluence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, stakeholder mgmt.

Responsabilidades

• Managing product roadmap, priorities, requirements, and end-to-end product development.
• Translating business needs into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business flows, and integration requirements.
• Collaborating with the Payment Squad and cross-functional stakeholders using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Coordinating product testing, implementation, regulatory requirements, and post-launch monitoring.
• Monitoring transaction performance, risks, and issues to identify opportunities for product optimization.
