Job summary

GoTo Group’s Gopay team seeks a Payment Compliance Manager to lead regulatory reporting and BI communications, ensuring accurate, timely, and well-documented actions. You will resolve complex regulatory requests, drive remediation, and collaborate with Product, Finance, and Data teams to translate requirements into actionable deliverables.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of regulatory compliance experience in payments/fintech.
• Extensive knowledge of Bank Indonesia regulations for payment systems.
• Hands-on regulator engagement including consultations, submissions, and audits.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory engagement with Bank Indonesia, including consultations, submissions, examinations, and follow-up on requests and findings.
• Advise Product, Business, Legal, Risk, and other stakeholders on regulatory implications of new products and initiatives.
• Drive end-to-end regulatory approval and compliance assessments for payment products and initiatives.
• Translate evolving Bank Indonesia regulations into practical guidance, controls and actions for stakeholders.
• Manage regulatory self-assessment, audit and remediation programs from findings to closure.
• Build cross-functional alignment with senior stakeholders and Bank Indonesia to ensure consistent regulatory positioning.
