Job summary

GoPay, a GoTo Group payment service, is seeking a Payment Compliance Analyst in Indonesia to ensure accurate regulatory reporting to Bank Indonesia. You will analyze data, identify inconsistencies, and manage regulatory correspondence end-to-end with cross-functional teams including Product, Finance, and Data.

You will build a robust documentation trail, escalate data gaps, and own recurring deliverables, contributing to regulatory readiness and operational excellence in a fast-evolving fintech

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in data management, compliance, reporting, operations, audit, or similar in payments, banking, fintech, or government bodies.
• Hands-on experience preparing regulatory reports or submissions, preferably to Bank Indonesia or other regulators.
• Strong data analysis and validation skills with attention to detail; identify anomalies before submission.
• Comfort with large datasets; experience with Excel/Google Sheets; SQL and BI tools are a plus.
• Strong documentation and organizational skills to maintain regulatory records, submissions, deadlines, and follow-ups.
• Confident in stakeholder communication and escalation; ability to coordinate across teams.
• Demonstrate ownership and judgment; manage recurring deliverables independently; escalate when needed.

Responsibilities

• Regular and ad hoc regulatory reporting to Bank Indonesia, ensuring submissions are accurate and timely.
• Analyze and validate regulatory data across sources, identify inconsistencies, and challenge data before submission.
• Manage Bank Indonesia correspondence end-to-end, including deadlines and follow-up actions.
• Escalate data gaps and risks to Compliance head with clear analysis and recommendations.
• Build and maintain robust documentation and reporting trail and approvals.
• Coordinate BI seasonal events/program in alignment with stakeholders.
