Job summary

PT Trisco Tailored Apparel Manufacturing in Bandung is seeking a skilled Pattern Maker to develop patterns for formal jackets, trousers, shirts, skirts, and vests using CAD pattern-making software.

You will ensure pattern accuracy for sample development, optimize for fabric utilization and sewing methods, and maintain an organized system for pattern storage and revisions while collaborating with designers, merchandisers, sample makers, and production staff.

Qualifications

• Degree in fashion design or garment tech required.
• At least 3 years of pattern making experience in garment/apparel industry.
• Proficient in English (written & spoken).

Responsibilities

• Develop patterns for jackets, trousers, shirts, skirts, and vests using CAD.
• Ensure pattern accuracy for samples and resolve discrepancies.
• Optimize patterns for fabric utilization and sewing methods.
• Maintain organized pattern storage, revisions, and history.

Job description

Develop patterns for various garment products (e.g., formal jacket, trousers, shirt, skirt, vest) using CAD pattern-making software.

Ensure pattern accuracy for sample development, resolving any discrepancies.

Ensure patterns are optimized for efficient production, considering fabric utilization and sewing methods.

Maintain an organized system for pattern storage, revisions, and historical data.

Communicate effectively with designers, merchandisers, sample makers, and production personnel.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Garment Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pattern Maker in the garment or apparel industry.

In-depth knowledge of garment construction, sewing techniques, and fit principles.

Ability to communicate in English (written & spoken).

Willing to be placed in Bandung (WFO).
