Surgery Partners, Inc. is seeking a Patient Service Representative to handle inbound and outbound calls, helping coordinate appointments and patient services with a focus on high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2+ years of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be organized and a team player.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills are a must.
• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and goal driven.

Responsabilités

• Addresses patient inquiries and concerns about appointment scheduling, company services, insurance coverage and payment methods.
• Gathers relevant information based on qualifying questions of patients to determine priority of need and proper place of treatment.
• Participates in the recall of patients who have been inactive for an interval established by the Director of Patient Services.
• Works with supervisor to ensure goals are met such as scheduling and patient satisfaction.
• Counsels patients and answers questions related to procedures and/or billing on an as needed basis.
