Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an entry-level healthcare operations assistant to support daily PAP tasks, verify registrations, invoices, and prescriptions, and maintain data accuracy. The role requires handling communications with patients, doctors, pharmacies and distributors while coordinating with the Program Manager.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or has 0–2 years in healthcare ops, pharma support, or customer service, with strong communication and multitasking skills.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or 0–2 years experience in healthcare ops, pharma support, customer service or admin.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and quick to learn new information.
• Proficient with basic Microsoft Office tools: Outlook, Word, Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support daily PAP operations and transaction flow.
• Ensure execution aligns with SOP, timeline and data accuracy.
• Handle communication with patients, doctors, pharmacies and distributors.
• Maintain direct communication with Program Manager; monitor patient schedule.
• Verify patient registration details and patient invoices/receipts.
• Verify patient prescriptions and follow up on dispensing & receipts.
• Update and maintain internal databases; provide operational support as directed.

Monitor patient schedule, elevate discrepancies and support issue resolution. Respond promptly to queries Verifies patient registration details Verifies patient invoices/receipts Verifies patient prescription Follow up patient to check medication dispensing & receipts Update and maintain internal databases Provide operational support as directed by stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Education: Preferably health-related (Nursing, Pharmacy, Public Health), open to others with relevant experience
• Experience: Fresh graduate or 0–2 years (healthcare ops, pharma support, customer service, admin)
• Skills: Strong communication
• Detail-oriented & & organized
• Ability to learn new information quickly
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
