PT Kompas Gramedia Group mencari asisten HR paruh waktu untuk membantu meningkatkan peluang kerja bagi mahasiswa dan alumni, secara proaktif mencari peluang karier, menyaring kandidat, serta menjaga hubungan dengan mitra korporat guna mencapai target penempatan dan pemantauan institusi.

Peran ini berfokus pada spesialisasi Human Resources dengan pendidikan S1, bekerja secara on-site di Tangerang, Banten, Indonesia dalam industri Media Production. Loker ini bersifat paruh waktu.

Qualifications

• Mahasiswa tingkat akhir (semua jurusan) atau lulusan baru. Mahasiswa Jurusan Psikologi, Manajemen, atau Komunikasi lebih disukai.
• Minat kuat pada Perekrutan, Talent Acquisition, dan Koordinasi Sumber Daya Manusia.
• Kemampuan komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang sangat baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia (Bahasa Inggris tambahan).
• Pemahaman dasar cara meninjau CV dan mencocokkan profil kandidat dengan persyaratan pekerjaan.
• Terampil menggunakan Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) dan LinkedIn untuk sourcing informasi.

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To enhance the employability of students and alumni by proactively sourcing career opportunities, streamlining the recruitment process through effective candidate screening, and maintaining robust corporate relations to achieve the institution’s placement and monitoring targets.

KUALIFIKASI MINIMUM

• Final-year undergraduate students (all majors) or Fresh Graduates. Students from Psychology, Management, or Communications are preferred.
• Strong passion for Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and People Coordination.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian (English is a plus) to interact professionally with corporate partners and students.
• Basic understanding of how to review CVs and match candidate profiles with specific job requirements.
• Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and LinkedIn for sourcing information.
