Job summary

Wattly is seeking a Partnership Specialist to grow our powerbank network across Indonesia. You will identify strategic locations, forge merchant partnerships, and close deals with energetic, target-driven execution.

Ideal candidates are entrepreneurial, able to work independently or in a team, and comfortable with travel. English proficiency and a valid driving license with own vehicle are required, plus a competitive bonus structure.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets with a hunter mindset.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong initiative and drive.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, hospitality, property, leasing, or B2B sales is a plus.
• Must possess a valid driving license and own a personal vehicle for mobility.

• Conduct presentations, negotiations, and partnership closings.
• Build and maintain strong long-term business relationships.
• Achieve acquisition and expansion targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth implementation.
• Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities when required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire strategic locations for Wattly powerbank stations
• Develop partnerships with merchants, retailers, F&B outlets, hospitality businesses, and other potential partners
• Conduct presentations, negotiations, and partnership closings
• Build and maintain strong long-term business relationships
• Achieve acquisition and expansion targets
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation
• Participate in exhibitions, events, and promotional activities when required

Requirements

• Fuel Allowance: up to IDR 1,000,000 per month
• Base salary adjustment after 3 months probation based on performance
