Job summary

StickEarn is seeking a Partner Engagement Admin to support data-driven community initiatives and event logistics in Jakarta. You will manage referral data, coordinate across internal teams to resolve driver and community issues, and help grow onboarding for new communities.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and hands-on support for field activities with a hybrid work setup and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• Prior administrative support or community management experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling data.
• Effective communication across teams and with community needs.

Responsibilities

• Process and update referral data accurately and timely.
• Handle driver payment-related complaints and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Manage and track community-related complaints with timely follow-up and escalation.
• Maintain and monitor community performance data for internal reporting.
• Support execution of community events, including logistics and on-site support.
• Assist in exploring new community leads and onboarding activities.
• Create and maintain dashboards to track key metrics and ensure data accuracy.
