YCP Group is seeking a Partner, Digital Advisory to lead and accelerate the growth of its digital advisory capability across Southeast Asia. The role combines deep digital strategy expertise with technology decision-making to originate, shape and grow high-value client engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, digital strategy or technology/system selection advisory.
• Established C-suite relationships across Southeast Asia.
• Deep expertise in digital strategy and technology decision‑making.
• Experience leading system/vendor selection and client-side project leadership (fractional CTO).
• Strong commercial judgment including engagement economics, pricing and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth agenda for Digital Advisory within Southeast Asia.
• Develop senior relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and CDOs.
• Originate and convert advisory engagements from dialogue to proposition development and negotiation.
• Build strategic accounts and long-term partnerships; collaborate with OXD and other practices.
• Provide client-side project leadership and act as fractional CTO on major programs.
• Identify AI opportunities and channel with OXD for joint delivery.
• Recruit, develop and retain a high-performing Digital Advisory team and contribute to firm leadership.
