Job summary

YCP is a Singapore-based advisory and investment firm seeking a Partner, Digital Advisory to lead SE Asia growth. You will advise CEOs and senior technology leaders on digital strategy, vendor selection and client-side leadership, acting as a fractional CTO and bridging AI opportunities with OXD teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, digital strategy or technology decision advisory.
• Proven record of originating and growing advisory revenue.
• Established C-suite relationships across Southeast Asia.
• Strong expertise in digital strategy and technology decision-making.
• Experience leading system/vendor selections and client-side project leadership.
• Knowledge of AI, data, cloud and digital platforms.
• Track record of building consulting capabilities, propositions and teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth agenda for Digital Advisory within Southeast Asia.
• Develop senior relationships with CEOs, CIOs, CTOs and CDOs.
• Originate advisory engagements from initial dialogue to proposition development and engagement mobilisation.
• Build and lead a high-performing Digital Advisory team; coach senior consultants.
• Collaborate with OXD and other YCP practices to create integrated propositions.
• Take accountability for revenue, pipeline, profitability and commercial performance of the portfolio.
