Job summary

DHC Partners in Indonesia seeks a seasoned Manager TMO to lead digital strategy, portfolio governance, and enterprise architecture for Client’s Digital. You will align business priorities with digital investments and provide independent view of delivery, value, and risk.

You will drive the integrated digital roadmap, oversee stage-gate governance and funding, manage vendor strategies, and lead cross-functional teams responsible for architecture, governance, and IT financial governance,

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in digital strategy, transformation, and investment governance.
• Experience leading stage-gate governance and business-case discipline with independently reporting delivery, risk, and value.
• Experience directing application portfolio strategy, target-state roadmaps, and vendor governance is strongly preferred.
• Asset-intensive industry experience (mining, processing, energy) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital strategy and governance, translating operating challenges into investment priorities.
• Oversee portfolio governance, funding standards, and senior leadership recommendations.
• Manage delivery trade-offs with capacity and change readiness.
• Direct value tracking and benefits realization beyond go-live.
• Lead Enterprise Architecture on portfolio, target-state, and roadmap.
• Shape technology vendor and sourcing strategies and oversee IT budgets.
• Develop multidisciplinary teams in architecture, governance, and IT governance, leveraging AI for reporting and value tracking.
