PT United Family Food is Indonesia’s leading food and beverage company. We are seeking talented individuals to handle A&P claim processes, verify claims, prepare recaps, and coordinate payments to distributors. You will organize documents and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth workflows.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, has at least 1 year of administrative experience, and is proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Qualificações

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative roles; fresh graduates welcome.
• Excellent administrative skills and proficient in Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Process A&P claim verification, prepare claim recap, submit to principal, and coordinate payment submission to distributor.
• Organize and maintain documents (both soft copy and hard copy).
• Coordinate with internal and external parties related to claim processes.
