Job summary

• Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or Associate Degree (D4) in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Mechatronics or related).
• Minimum 1–2 years in Production Engineering, Automation, SPM or related fields.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical and electro-pneumatic systems (PLC, Robots, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machine specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality targets and improve OEE.
• Prepare and manage new model introductions and ECNs per schedule.
• Ensure production capacity aligns with production planning while maximizing efficiency.
• Maintain smooth operation of production lines and minimize downtime and breakdowns.
• Analyze production issues and implement improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor processes and report to management on process preparation and control.
• Drive Kaizen, cost reduction, 5S, safety and environmental programs.
• Support product and process design activities to ensure manufacturability.
