Job summary

OPPO FACTORY is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to ensure safe and reliable operation of electrical systems and production equipment. You will perform installations, calibrations, and repairs while supporting process improvements to boost efficiency.

The role requires 5+ years in machinery or food manufacturing, with at least 3 years in maintenance, and proficiency in AutoCAD, PLCs, sensors, and electrical control systems. Rotating shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in machinery or food manufacturing, including 3 years in equipment maintenance.
• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PLC programming, sensors and electrical control systems.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, reliable operation of electrical systems and equipment through preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Perform electrical installation, machine modifications, calibration, testing, and repair to improve production efficiency.
• Manage procurement for electrical spare parts, including requisition, inventory control and cost optimization.
• Oversee electrical installation and quality control for factory construction, expansion, and renovation projects with safety standards.
• Provide guidance to maintenance technicians and collaborate with EHS on safety inspections.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and rotate day/night shifts.

Job description

• Ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of all electrical systems, production equipment, utilities, and factory facilities through preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance.
• Perform electrical installation, machine modification, equipment calibration, testing, and repair while supporting process improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and equipment performance.
• Manage the procurement process for electrical spare parts and components, including requisition, evaluation, inventory control, and cost optimization to support maintenance activities.
• Oversee electrical installation and quality control for factory construction, expansion, and renovation projects, while ensuring compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance technicians, collaborate with the EHS team to conduct regular electrical safety inspections, and ensure all production and utility equipment operate safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support production targets, maintain product quality, and participate in rotating day and night shifts according to factory operational requirements.

Requirement

• Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the machinery or food manufacturing industry, including 3 years in equipment maintenance.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, PLC programming, industrial sensors, and electrical control systems.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and electrical safety standards.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to work rotating shifts.
