Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in Management, Transportation, Engineering, or related field is required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; experience in Parking Management, Transportation, Facility Management, or Operations is a plus.
• Candidate should have a good understanding of parking management, traffic flow, parking systems, and safety procedures for parking areas.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure parking area operations run smoothly, safely, and in accordance with established procedures.
• Monitor traffic flow, parking capacity, and parking area conditions to maintain smooth operations and user convenience.
• Conduct checks and monitoring of the parking system, and follow up on any technical or operational issues that occur.
• Coordinate with parking attendants, vendors, and relevant departments in carrying out parking operational activities.
• Prepare parking operational reports, and record and follow up on issues occurring in the parking area.
