Job summary

PT Summarecon Agung Tbk. (Summa) seeks a Coordinator - Parking for Summarekon Mall Makassar to oversee daily parking operations, ensure safety, and optimize traffic flow. You will coordinate with vendors and parking attendants, monitor capacity, and report on performance to improve service quality.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years in parking or related fields, with strong leadership and communication skills for a dynamic mall environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Management, Transportation, Engineering, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Parking Management, Transportation or Facility Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise parking area operations to ensure safety and procedures are followed.
• Monitor traffic flow, capacity, and parking conditions for smooth operations.
• Coordinate operation and maintenance of the parking system and address issues.
• Supervise vendors and attendants in daily activities and performance.
• Prepare operational reports and propose improvements for better service.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Management/Transportation/Engineering or related field

2–3 years of experience in Parking Management or related field
