Job summary

Packet Systems Indonesia is seeking a skilled network security professional to design, implement, and maintain advanced security infrastructure at customer sites in Jakarta. You will provide strategic input on complex security solutions and deliver strong technical support for day-to-day activities.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor degree in IT/CE/Telecommunication, at least 3 years in network/security, and Palo Alto Next Gen Firewall expertise with PCNSA/PCNSE credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in IT/CE/Telecommunication from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years experience in network/security technology, preferably in a system integrator.
• Deep knowledge/experience with Palo Alto Next Gen Firewall.
• Security technology professional level certificate: PCNSA/PCNSE or Palo Alto Networks credentials.
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced input and strategic solutions for security systems.
• Deliver solid technical support for daily activities at customers and sites.
• Design, implement, maintain, troubleshoot, and support infrastructure - networking and security solutions.
• Create documentation and reports that meet customer needs.
• Prepare documentation of Preventive Maintenance and Fault Analysis Reports.
