Job summary

NOV is seeking an experienced painting and blasting supervisor to lead safe and efficient coating activities on Oil & Gas fabrication projects. The role focuses on ensuring adherence to project requirements, quality standards, and schedules while guiding painting teams and coordinating inspections.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years in supervision, strong knowledge of coating methods, and familiarity with inspection procedures to support QC, clients, and contractors on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in painting and blasting supervision, preferably in Oil & Gas fabrication projects.
• Good knowledge of painting methods, blasting applications, and coating specifications.
• FROSIO, NACE/AMPP, or equivalent coating certification will be an advantage.
• Familiar with coating inspection procedures and applicable industry standards.
