Job summary

National Oilwell Varco is seeking an experienced Painting and Blasting Supervisor in Batam, Indonesia. You will oversee daily painting, blasting, and coating activities, ensure adherence to project specs, and coordinate inspections with QC, clients, and contractors.

The role requires strong leadership and adherence to HSE standards. You will review procedures, monitor progress, manage manpower, and provide technical guidance to the painting teams while maintaining accurate records and resolving

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in painting and blasting supervision in Oil & Gas fabrication projects.
• Good knowledge of painting methods, blasting applications, and coating specifications.
• FROSIO, NACE/AMPP, or equivalent coating certification will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
