Bosch is offering a full-time paid internship in Jakarta for January–June 2027, open to college students only who will not graduate during the program. You will support the tax team with document prep, data reconciliation, and cross-checking tax calculations, while translating materials between English and Bahasa Indonesia.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian taxes: PPh, PPN, Coretax.
• Proficient with MS Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Strong written/spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, eager to learn taxation.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and organizing documents required for tax audits.
• Support reconciliation and verification of figures across tax documents.
• Assist in reviewing and cross-checking tax calculations.
• Help prepare supporting documents for tax authorities.
• Translate correspondence and notes between English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information.
• Support submission and tracking of documents to the Tax Office.
• Maintain and organize tax files and records.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for tax projects.
