Job summary

Bosch Group in Jakarta is seeking a motivated college student for a full-time paid tax internship. You will assist in preparing documents for tax audits, help verify figures, and support tax calculations.

You will translate tax-related documents between English and Bahasa Indonesia, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and maintain tax files. The role offers hands-on experience in taxation and daily tax operations in a global tech company.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Basic understanding of Indonesian taxation concepts (PPh, PPN, Coretax).
• Strong MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) skills.
• Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Eager to learn and develop knowledge in taxation.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with initiative.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and organizing documents for tax audits.
• Support reconciliation and verification of figures across tax documents.
• Assist in reviewing and cross-checking tax calculations.
• Help prepare supporting documents, reports, and data for tax authorities.
• Translate tax-related documents between English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather information and supporting documentation.
• Support the submission and tracking of documents to the Tax Office.
• Maintain and organize tax files and documentation records.
• Provide administrative and analytical support for ongoing tax projects and daily tax operations.
