Requirements:

• Diploma degree from a culinary school, hotel and restaurant management or equivalent
• A minimum of two years of experience as an executive sous chef or in a similar position at a five-star property or restaurant
• Strong understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards, HACCP policies, and procedures
• Experience in Western, Mediterranean and Asian cuisine
• Proficient knowledge of food costing, profit and loss management, and expense forecasting
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant computer skills
