Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a Part Leader Packaging RNI to manage and lead packaging development projects at their Jakarta Selatan location. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Pharmacy, or related fields and possess strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities include developing new packaging solutions in line with business strategy and ensuring collaboration with suppliers. The role is onsite from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as Senior Staff Packaging Development in cosmetics products.
• Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CPKB/GMP, ISO 22716, MUI Halal, Vegan & Cosmos.

Responsibilities

• Develop and introduce new packaging solutions that satisfy customers.
• Manage and lead all packaging development projects.
• Regularly report department status to cross-functional teams.

Skills

Strong knowledge of packaging equipment and material supply systems

Project management skills

Good communication skills

Experience collaborating with packaging suppliers

Part Leader Packaging RNI, part of Team Packaging RNI, located in Cibis Nine Building, South Jakarta. Part Leader Packaging RNI together with Team Leader Packaging RNI will be leading the team to grow together PT. Cosmax Indonesia.

Qualifications:

1. Min. education is Bachelor (S1) from Chemical, Pharmacy, Apothecary, or related
2. Min. 5-7 working experiences as Senior Staff Packaging Development especially in cosmetics products
3. Strong knowledge of packaging equipment and material supply systems
4. Stong project management skills
5. Have ability to manage multiple projects
6. Have good communication skills
7. Experience in working with also collaboration with packaging suppliers
8. Familiar with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CPKB/GMP, ISO 22716, MUI Halal, Vegan & Cosmos

Role & Responsibilities:

• In line with business strategy, develop and introduce new packaging solutions that satisfy customer
• Managing and leading all packaging development projects
• Regularly reporting department status to cross functional teams
• Making recommendations for actions and ensuring timely
• Functional as technical expert for packaging materials
