Job summary

Cosmax Indonesia is seeking a Team Leader Packaging RNI to lead the Packaging team at Cibis Nine Building, South Jakarta. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 10-12 years of experience, with a focus on cosmetic packaging development.

Responsibilities include coordinating packaging trials, managing quality challenges, and supporting procurement. Candidates must be proficient in English and possess strong leadership and analytical skills. The position is onsite from Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10-12 years of working experience in the related field.
• Deep knowledge of Packaging Development especially for cosmetics products.
• Familiar with cosmetic packaging trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging trials at various sites.
• Support procurement ensuring the latest artwork standards are defined.
• Coordinate the resolution of technical challenges in packaging quality.
