Qualifications

• Degree in packaging or engineering with relevant FMCG experience.
• 8–12 years in packaging development or related functions.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of packaging materials and regulatory compliance.

Responsabilités

• Lead packaging innovation, renovation, productivity, quality, and sustainability roadmap for Indonesia.
• Drive end-to-end packaging development from concept to commercialization.
• Manage portfolio prioritization, resources, and project governance.
• Ensure compliance with Danone standards, food safety, and local regulations.
• Lead validation, specification management, and technical governance.
• Advance sustainability and circular packaging initiatives.
• Build partnerships with suppliers and external stakeholders.
• Support manufacturing performance and industrialization efforts.
