Job summary

Bundamedik Healthcare System seeks a Head of Installation Outpatient to lead outpatient management with emphasis on claim analysis and clinical case reporting. You will organize and oversee the Patient Experience process to ensure excellent hospital outcomes.

You will supervise medical services in the outpatient department, maintain strong doctor-patient relationships, and monitor insurance claims and doctor schedules in line with hospital policies.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor or General Practitioner license is required.
• Active STR (Medical Registration) is required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Head of Outpatient Installation / Claim Analyst / Medical Case Center.
• Proficiency in MS Office, medical and case reporting, claim analysis and hospital pricing.

Responsibilities

• Managing outpatient management within the hospital, focusing on claim analysis and clinical case reporting.
• Organizing and controlling the Patient Experience process to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Maintaining relationships between doctors and patients and enhancing outpatient quality improvement.
• Supervising and evaluating medical services activities in the outpatient department.
• Monitoring insurance or corporate claims, doctor schedules, and hospital processes per regulations.
