Job summary

PT Talenta Eksekutif Asia is seeking a QA & Customer Complaint Section Head to oversee outgoing quality and customer complaint resolution across our East Java manufacturing operations. You will drive investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA, ensuring finished products meet standards before shipment.

Lead a team of QA professionals, collaborate with Production, Warehouse, Logistics and Quality teams, and relentlessly pursue quality improvements and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or D3 in engineering with manufacturing background.
• Minimum 5 years in QA/QC within manufacturing.
• At least 2 years in supervisory/leadership role.
• Strong experience handling customer complaints about manufactured products.
• Experience in building materials or related industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001; SPC, AQL, CAPA.

Responsibilities

• Lead outgoing quality inspections of finished products prior to shipment.
• Ensure AQL sampling methods and outgoing inspection standards are followed.
• Verify finished products meet internal specs and customer requirements.
• Manage customer complaints with investigations and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Production, QA, Warehouse, and Logistics to resolve issues.
• Maintain and improve Quality Management Systems (QMS/ISO).Monitor quality performance indicators; drive improvements.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Outgoing Quality & Customer Complaint team.
• Prepare quality and corrective action reports for management.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders for timely resolutions.
