Job summary

Segari is seeking a Data Analyst to turn operational data into actionable insights. You will analyze RCA findings, forecast manpower needs, and build automated dashboards that monitor real-time operations.

Your role includes generating reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes across the supply chain and logistics functions. You will work with SQL, Python, and Google Sheets, using Looker or Metabase to create dashboards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in e-grocery, supply chain, warehouse, or logistics is an advantage.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets with dashboard creation and automation; familiarity with Looker/Metabase.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve operational issues based on data analysis.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.
• Experience in the e-grocery, supply chain, warehouse, or logistics industry is an advantage.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, including dashboard creation and automation. Experience using Looker, Metabase, or other data visualization tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willing to work according to operational requirements, including outside regular working hours when necessary.
