Job summary

Segari is seeking a Data Analyst to turn operational data into actionable insights. You will analyze RCA findings, forecast manpower needs, and build automated dashboards that monitor real-time operations.

Your role includes generating reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve processes across the supply chain and logistics functions. You will work with SQL, Python, and Google Sheets, using Looker or Metabase to create dashboards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
• Experience in e-grocery, supply chain, warehouse, or logistics is an advantage.
• Proficient in SQL and Python.
• Strong skills in Google Sheets with dashboard creation and automation; familiarity with Looker/Metabase.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to identify and resolve operational issues based on data analysis.
• Develop Manpower Planning using historical data and operational requirements.
• Develop, manage, and automate dashboards using Google Sheets, Looker, Metabase, or other data visualization tools.
• Prepare reports and data visualizations to support operational monitoring and decision-making.
• Identify process improvement opportunities through data analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill business data analysis needs.
• Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and quality of operational data.
• Perform location analysis using Google My Maps, heatmaps, or similar mapping tools; understand supply chain, warehouse, and logistics operations.
