Job summary

Trakindo is seeking an Operator Trainer in Indonesia to develop and update product training materials and deliver in-class and on-site training for new units and refresh programs to customers and internal stakeholders.

You will evaluate participant competency to ensure safe operation, support machine performance studies, and assist marketing activities such as launches and exhibitions with demonstrations and clear technical explanations.

Qualifications

• Minimum S1 in Engineering/ Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing/ Operating various machines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update product training materials for new and enhanced products to ensure safe, accurate, and effective training delivery in line with confirmed training targets.
• Deliver in class and on site product operation training for new units and refresh programs to customers and internal stakeholders, and evaluate participant competency to ensure safe and proper equipment operation in accordance with product performance standards.
• Support Machine Application Studies by analyzing heavy equipment operational practices in accordance with product performance standards and providing operational findings to support unit performance evaluation.
• Support marketing activities and program (such as new product launches and exhibitions) by providing product operation demonstrations, technical explanations, and product performance to enhance customer engagement.
