Job summary

PT Puratos Indonesia Factory, Cikarang is seeking a Production Operator to execute production tasks in line with SOPs and safety standards. You will operate machines, clean and sanitise equipment, and maintain a clean work area while following 5S and GMP practices.

Qualified candidates will have SMA/SMK or equivalent and be willing to work in shifts, with a mindset of teamwork and adherence to quality and food safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
• Experience in production operator role, especially in food/manufacturing, is a plus.
• Willing to work on a shift system.
• Able to work individually and in a team.
• Basic understanding of production SOP, 5S, HACCP, and GMP is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines and carry out production activities.
• Follow SOPs, Manufacturing Orders, and Production Sheets.
• Perform cleaning and sanitisation of machines and areas.
• Maintain 5S in the workspace.
• Comply with HACCP, GMP and safety regulations.

Job description

As a Production Operator, you will be responsible for carrying out production activities in accordance with company standards and procedures. This position plays an important role in ensuring the production process runs safely, cleanly, and in accordance with established quality standards.

Key responsibilities

Operate machines and carry out production operational activities

Execute production processes in accordance with Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), Manufacturing Order, and Production Sheet

Perform cleaning and sanitisation activities on machines, equipment, and production areas

Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the work environment by applying 5S standards

Comply with HACCP requirements and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

Comply with all workplace safety, hygiene, and health regulations applicable in the production department

Ensure production processes run in accordance with quality standards, food safety, and established targets

Carry out other tasks assigned by Line Leader, Supervisor, or Production Manager

About you

Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent

Experience as a production operator, particularly in the food or manufacturing industry, is a plus

Willing to work on a shift system

Able to work individually and as part of a team

Basic understanding of production SOP, 5S, HACCP, and GMP is a plus

Disciplined, meticulous, responsible, and have concern for cleanliness and workplace safety

Willing to be placed at Puratos Indonesia Factory, Cikarang
