Job summary

The role requires at least 2 years of driver-management experience in ride-hailing or logistics, a bachelor's degree, and hands-on data tools familiarity. Onsite work with shifting schedules is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any field; proven experience in ride-hailing, taxi, transportation, or logistics.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in driver management, fleet operations, vehicle inspection, or maintenance (EV experience is a plus).
• Tech-savvy with data analytics skills and administration; able to use digital tools.
• Must have a valid car driving license (SIM A) and be willing to work onsite in Banjarbaru.

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join GreenSM Indonesia in Banjarbaru. As Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining safety standards, and leading a dedicated team to achieve operational excellence. This role is pivotal in translating strategic objectives into operational success and maintaining our commitment to green and smart mobility solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Effectively coordinate driver partners to ensure supply-demand balance

Oversee driver onboarding, training, and performance management

Manage and coordinate drivers to ensure efficient vehicle utilization, address operational issues, and provide support to enhance driver performance and safety

Handle arising incidents related to unit assets and drivers on a daily basis. Coordinate to monitor the progress of incident resolution with relevant parties

Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure all units meet safety, performance, and quality standards before deployment or after servicing

What we're looking for:

Bachelor's Degree in any field, and proven experience in a similar industry (Ride-Hailing, Taxi, Transportation, or Logistic Industry)

Minimum 2 years of experience in driver management, fleet operations, vehicle inspection, or maintenance (experience with electric vehicle is a plus)

Tech-savy, comfortable using various technologies and digital tools with ability in data analytics and administration

Able to drive car and possesses a valid car driving license (SIM A) is a must

Willing to work onsite and be actively involved in field operations

Working arrangement: Fully working from office, with shifting schedule
