Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, operations, customer service, or a related field.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or ride-hailing is a plus.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with good attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, especially when interacting with drivers.
• Comfortable handling collection-related activities and following up with drivers professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel/Google Sheets.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on-site and interact directly with drivers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist drivers with their administrative needs and inquiries.
• Complete onboarding procedures for newly registered drivers.
• Ensure all required documents and administrative processes are completed accurately and on time.
• Handle driver contract termination procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Carry out the daily debt collection process and maintain accurate payment records.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve driver-related administrative issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date driver records and documentation.
• Support other driver administration and operational activities as required.
