Job summary

amIT Global Solutions Sdn Bhd in Jakarta is seeking a data analyst/operations performance specialist to prepare and present operational performance reports for management, driving data-driven insights to improve efficiency.

You will collaborate with Operations Excellence and BI teams to develop automated dashboards using Looker Studio, Excel, and Google Sheets, ensuring KPIs and processes are up-to-date, with strong communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics/warehouse or related, with data analyst/operations performance focus.
• Strong data-driven mindset with analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with Google Sheets and Looker Studio dashboards is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong facilitation and stakeholder management.
• Willing to be placed at Gama Tower, South Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, analyze, and present operational performance reports for strategic and management meetings.
• Provide data-driven insights, monitoring, and recommendations to support continuous improvement across the Operations Team.
• Collaborate with Operations Excellence and Business Intelligence to develop automated reports and dashboards.
• Ensure operational reports reflect latest processes, KPIs, and business requirements.
• Contribute to growth and development of SPX Express team.
