Fresh graduates with a 3.00 GPA or higher are encouraged. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills and may involve shifting schedules, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (S1) in any major, preferably Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
• GPA of 3.00 or higher.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong interest in retail, sales, and store operations.
• Willing to be placed in OPPO Stores across Indonesia.
• Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient activities.
• Monitor store sales performance and support the achievement of sales and operational targets.
• Assist in supervising, motivating, and developing store team members.
• Ensure product availability, stock accuracy, and proper inventory management.
• Maintain excellent customer service and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Prepare and analyze store performance and operational reports.
• Support the implementation of company programs, promotions, and operational initiatives.
• Identify operational issues and provide solutions to improve store performance and efficiency.
• Collaborate with relevant departments to support business and operational objectives.
