Zusammenfassung

Sun Life is seeking a senior leader to drive Operations Excellence, transforming Operations into a customer-centric, data-driven, and digitally enabled function. You will translate priorities into a roadmap and oversee governance, automation, analytics, and AI initiatives across Life and Health Insurance Operations.

The role requires deep knowledge of insurance operations, enterprise transformation, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
Experience leading enterprise-scale transformation portfolios.
Certification in PM, Lean, Six Sigma, change management, or agile is a plus.
Experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.

Aufgaben

Lead Operations Portfolio Governance by monitoring performance, tracking KPIs/OKRs, and coordinating delivery of strategic initiatives, including executive reports and steering materials.
Lead Operations Project Management to translate priorities into executable plans, manage the roadmap and risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Drive operational excellence by standardizing processes, reducing waste, and leveraging customer/advisor feedback with Customer Experience and Distribution teams.
Lead Health Strategic Forum by governing Health Taskforce and Health Council, coordinating meetings, risk management, and timely decisions with cross-functional teams.
