Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operational requirements across The Care Laundry outlets.
• Arrange and manage collection and delivery schedules with drivers and outlets.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and movement of laundry supplies between locations.
• Liaise with outlets, drivers, and internal teams to communicate schedules and changes.
• Ensure parties are informed for day-to-day operational activities.
• Monitor collections, deliveries and stock movements and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Respond to operational issues such as delays, scheduling changes, missing items, or stock shortages and coordinate resolution.
• Keep stakeholders updated on operational status, delays and issues requiring attention.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, stock movements and operational activities.
• Escalate operational issues requiring management intervention in a timely manner.
• Support other day-to-day operational coordination requirements across the business.

Operations Coordinator - The Care Laundry (TCL)

Are you organized, proactive, and good at keeping things on track?

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator to join The Care Laundry and support our daily operations across outlets, drivers, deliveries, and stock.

You’ll play an important role in keeping everything smooth, organized, and on schedule — while working with different teams to make sure things get done.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Coordinate daily operational requirements across The Care Laundry outlets.
• Arrange and manage collection and delivery schedules with the relevant drivers and outlets.
• Coordinate stock replenishment and movement of laundry supplies and operational items between locations.
• Liaise with outlets, drivers, and internal teams to communicate schedules, requirements and changes.
• Ensure the relevant parties are properly arranged and informed for day-to-day operational activities.
• Monitor ongoing collections, deliveries and stock movements and follow up on outstanding matters.
• Respond to operational issues such as delayed collections or deliveries, scheduling changes, missing items or stock shortages, and coordinate the necessary resolution.
• Keep relevant stakeholders updated on operational status, delays and issues requiring attention.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, stock movements and operational activities where required.
• Escalate operational issues requiring management intervention in a timely manner.
• Support other day-to-day operational coordination requirements across the business.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Operations or a related discipline.
• Preferably 1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, delivery coordination, retail operations or a similar role.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work with multiple parties at the same time.
• Organised and able to manage changing schedules and priorities.
• Strong follow-through and able to ensure arrangements are carried through to completion.
• Able to troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues and respond quickly when plans change.
• Independent, responsible and comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience in multi-outlet retail, laundry, delivery, logistics or service operations will be an advantage.
