Job summary

Surfside Bali is seeking a hands-on Laundry Manager to oversee daily operations in our hotel and villa laundry department. You will develop SOPs, supervise staff, and optimize routines to ensure quality fabric care and cost control.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years supervisory experience in commercial laundry or hospitality housekeeping, works well in a team, and communicates in English and basic Indonesian.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of supervisor/managerial experience in commercial laundry or hotels/villas housekeeping.
• Hands-on and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic communication skills in English are mandatory.

• Understand and manage fabric types and laundry chemicals (detergent, bleach, softener).
• Develop and evaluate SOPs for the laundry department.
• Organize work schedules, train employees, and supervise staff performance.
• Manage raw material inventory and prepare daily operational cost reports.
