Job summary

DHL Express Indonesia in Bali seeks an entry-level Operations Associate to support sorting, loading, shipment processing and documentation in our Denpasar service centre.

You will coordinate pick-up information, ensure inbound/outbound material security, and assist with daily admin tasks. A bachelor’s degree and ability to work independently are required; English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from any major.
• Able to work independently.
• English conversant is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assists with sorting, loading/unloading activities, shipment processing and documentation.
• Manifests, bagging, and sending shipment status information.
• Accepting/securing over-the-counter payments.
• Dispatches pick-up and delivery information in a timely and efficient manner; arranges daily pick-up schedules.
• Process inbound material upon arrival and ensure material is available to couriers.
• Ensure material not going out for delivery is secured according to policy.
• Process outbound material according to latest processes and procedures.
• Carry out administrative tasks for the Service Centre.
• Assist in ensuring operational practices and procedures are carried out effectively.
• Work with sub-contractors ensuring all activities meet service standards.

Main Responsibilities:

Assists with operational procedures including sorting, loading/unloading activities, shipment processing and documentation, manifesting, bagging, sending shipment status information, and accepting/securing over-the-counter payments.

Dispatches pick-up and delivery information in a timely and efficient manner; arranges daily pick-up schedules .

Process inbound material upon arrival and make sure material is available to the couriers and that material not going out for delivery is secured according to the Security policy and procedures.

Process outbound material according to the latest processes and procedures.

Carry out any administrative task that is required for the Service Centre.

Assist in ensuring operational practices and procedures are carried out effectively

Work with sub-contractors ensuring all activities are being carried out timely and meet service standards

YOUR PROFILE

Minimum holds a bachelor’s degree from any major

Able to work independently

English conversant is an advantage

Willing to work in Denpasar, Bali
