Job summary

AEON Indonesia is seeking an Operations Administration Assistant Manager (Supermarket) to oversee admin and back-office tasks, support daily operations, and prepare reports.

You will assist the Line Manager, consolidate budgets, expenses, inventory, and analyze data to drive cost control and efficiency. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in supermarket/hypermarket; proficient Excel, leadership, and willingness to work shifts including weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any major.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supermarket or hypermarket at a similar level.
• Strong understanding of supermarket operations and daily processes.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, especially for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong leadership, problem solving, cost control, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to be placed at any AEON Store based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Line Manager in monitoring and managing overall business performance and daily operations within the assigned line.
• Prepare, consolidate, and analyze reports related to budget, expenses, manpower, inventory, and shrinkage.
• Monitor budget utilization, operational expenses, and business performance to support effective cost control.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accurate data, timely reporting, and smooth administrative processes.
• Support the Line Manager in preparing business plans, proposals, and performance reviews based on data and analysis.
