H BILLIARD is seeking an Operational Manager to oversee all daily venue operations, including floor, cashier, F&B, housekeeping, and support staff. You will lead, schedule, and evaluate teams to maintain high service standards and operational efficiency.
The role requires strong leadership, hands-on management of front-of-house and back-office tasks, and a proactive approach to SOP compliance, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. Weekend hours are common in hospitality venues.
The Operational Manager oversees and manages overall daily venue operations, including floor operations, cashier, F&B, housekeeping, and supporting staff. This role involves leading, supervising, scheduling, and evaluating staff to ensure smooth operations and consistent service standards.
Key responsibilities

Lead, supervise, schedule, and evaluate staff to ensure smooth operations and consistent service standards
Ensure compliance with company SOPs, attendance, grooming, discipline, and operational procedures
Monitor daily sales, cash flow, operational expenses, petty cash, and administrative reports
Manage inventory and stock control for F&B, operational supplies, and billiard equipment
Coordinate purchasing, maintenance, repairs, and other operational needs
Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, safety, and overall venue condition
Handle customer complaints and operational issues effectively
Coordinate tournaments, leagues, promotions, and other venue activities when required
Prepare operational, sales, staff, inventory, and management reports
About you
Experience as an Operational Manager, Outlet Manager, Restaurant Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar leadership role
Experience in hospitality, F&B, entertainment venues, restaurants, cafés, or similar businesses is preferred
Strong leadership, people management, and problem-solving skills
Able to handle both front-of-house operations and administrative/back-office responsibilities
Good understanding of basic financial reporting, inventory control, purchasing, and operational administration
Proactive, disciplined, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
Strong communication and coordination skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment
Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required
