Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a seasoned Training & Development lead to design and implement the company's operational training framework across multi-site operations in Indonesia.
You will develop competency-based learning programs, onboarding for new staff, certification pathways, and measurement tools, collaborating with Operations, HR, QA and other stakeholders to close capability gaps and improve performance. Willingness to travel and project-based contract.
Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of the company's operational training framework.
Design competency-based learning programs, training roadmaps, and certification pathways for operational employees.
Develop and standardize training materials, SOPs, operational manuals, job aids, and learning resources.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, QA, and other stakeholders to identify capability gaps and training requirements.
Design onboarding programs for new operational employees and leadership development programs for supervisors and managers.
Establish competency assessment methods, certification processes, and evaluation tools.
Develop Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs to build internal training capabilities.
Coordinate pilot training sessions, gather feedback, and continuously improve learning content and delivery methods.
Work with IT or external vendors to support the implementation of Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms where applicable.
Define training KPIs, reporting dashboards, and effectiveness measurement methodologies.
Ensure project milestones, timelines, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.
Prepare documentation and conduct knowledge transfer to the permanent operations or learning team upon project completion.
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Training & Development, Learning & Development, or Operations Training, with at least 2 years leading projects or managing training initiatives.
Proven experience in developing training systems, competency frameworks, and operational learning programs.
Experience in retail, F&B, hospitality, or multi-site operations is highly preferred.
Strong instructional design, facilitation, coaching, and curriculum development skills.
Familiarity with competency mapping, certification programs, SOP development, and adult learning principles.
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
Strong project management, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is an advantage.
Willing to travel to operational sites as required.
Available to work on a project-based contract.
