PT DNX Indonesia seeks a Site Operations Associate to support management of a mining/explosives site in Central Kalimantan. You will help ensure safety, environment, quality, reliability and cost controls while striving for operational excellence and meeting client requirements.

The candidate should have at least 2 years in mining/explosive industries, hold an active SIM A, and bring leadership, cost-awareness and project initiative to the role. Blaster Class II certification and POP are a plus.

Competenze

• Min. 2 years of experience in Mining Contractor or Explosive Industry.
• Active driving license (SIM A).
• Experience in surface mining and project initiative – cost and team building driven.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic problem-solving capabilities.
• Committed to Safety, Health, Environment and Business ethics.

About the role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in the management of the site operations as established in procedures and guidelines set by the company in the areas of safety, environment, quality assurance, reliability and cost with the aim of achieving Operational Excellence, and to ensure customer requirements are met.

Preferred Qualifications

• Min. 2 years of experience in Mining Contractor or Explosive Industry
• Active driving license (SIM A)
• Proven experience in Surface mining and handling project initiative – cost and team building driven
• Strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and strategic problem-solving capabilities
• Committed to company standards of Safety, Health, Environment and Business ethics
• Having Certification of Blaster Class II (KJL II) and POP is a plus
• Willing to be placed in operational area of Central Kalimantan
